Can’t make it to this time slot you can still participate but the selection may be limited

Participant Perks

• Storewide discount for all swap participants

• $1–$5 treasure finds throughout the event

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers

Swap Guidelines

• Bring items based on your selected tier

• All items will be reviewed during check-in

• Swap credit will be issued for accepted items only

• Attendees must be present to participate

• This is a community-style swap — participants trade with one another, not from store inventory.

Accepted Items

We are accepting women’s:

• Jewelry

• Shoes

• Purses

Item Standards

Items must be:

• Clean and ready to wear

• In excellent condition (approximately 8/10 or better)

• Stylish, wearable, and well-curated pieces

• Estimated resale value of shoes/purses $10+

• No stained, damaged, or excessively worn items

• Vintage pieces are always welcome

• Costume jewelry must be in good, wearable condition (no broken or low-quality pieces)

  
  

Registration Tiers (Pre-Registration Required)

Tier 1: Second Chance Starter

• Bring 1 pair of shoes and swap for another

• Bring 1 jewelry item and swap for another

Tier 2: Conscious Curator

• Bring up to 3 pairs of shoes and swap for others

• Bring up to 2 accessories and swap for others

• (purses or jewelry)

No onsite registrations

Additional Notes

• Accepted items become property of Rescued Eras

• Additional items beyond your selected tier will not receive extra swap credit

• All swaps take place onsite on date registered

• No refunds or rollovers

Check-In Policy

Rescued Eras reserves the right to accept or decline any items at check-in based on condition, style, and event standards. Tier limits may be adjusted if items do not meet acceptance criteria. No refunds or credits will be issued for unaccepted items or unused tier capacity.

Any leftover items may be donated, resold, repurposed, or otherwise retained by Rescued Eras.
