General admission is free, but pre-registration is required to participate in the curated clothing swap. As a thank-you, registered swap participants will also be eligible for exclusive giveaways, prizes, and other event perks!

• Items must be:

  • Bring items based on your selected tier.

  • Items will be reviewed at check-in.

  • You’ll receive swap credit based on accepted items.

  • All swap selections must be used the same day.

  • No refunds or rollovers.

  • This is a community swap—participants will trade items with one another, not from store inventory.

  
  

  Item Standards:

  • Clean, freshly washed, and ready to wear

  • Gently worn (no stains, rips, or excessive wear)

  • Current or timeless styles (no heavy winter items)

  • Vintage is always welcome

Item Ownership: Once your items have been checked in and accepted into the swap, they become the property of Rescued Eras. Any items remaining after the event will be handled at the sole discretion of Rescued Eras. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that items will not be returned.

No-Show Policy (Free Swap Admission Tickets)

Free tickets are limited and help us manage capacity for the event. If you register and can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation or notify us as soon as possible so another community member can take your place.

Guests who register for free tickets and do not attend without prior notice may have future free ticket reservations canceled or may be required to purchase a paid admission ticket for future clothing swap events.
